d. Customer Details & Enquiries

To book a service with us your title, name, email address, contact number, bank details and home address will be requested in order for you to pay and secure your booking.

When you enquire or want to book a service via email, online booking, social media or phone with us, we will process & collect your information in order to communicate back to you, to respond to an enquiry & supply you with our services you have purchased.

We will also use your information to provide customer support once a service has been purchased.

 

3. Sharing Information

We may be required to share your name with event organisers eg. Festival manager or wedding coordinator, when dealing with logistics and timings when erecting & dismantling our bell tents.

We may have to share your information with insurers, lawyers, bank provider and auditors.

 

 4. How long do we keep your information?

We are legally obligated to keep transaction information for tax purposes for up to 6 years.

We carefully assess and store our customer’s information for the shortest time possible and  no longer necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed.
